Dominari is grown in the Atlas Peak Appellation of Napa Valley. The 9th leaf vines are grown by Gaudeamus Vineyards. Located on Napa's Highest mountain range, the vines live on gentle rolling countryside sheltered by mountains and tall oaks. This vineyard produces less than two tons per acre of fruit. Quality not quantity! The crushed berries produce an intense ruby colored wine with romantic aromas followed by a sumptuous mouth giving way to a luscious finish. Spectacular wines. The Schutz family owns both the vineyards and the winery and have a commitment to excellence. Only the best goes into producing Dominari. This wine will cellar well.
