Guinot 's traditionnal methods, know-how and experience date back to 1875 and are still used today on our vineyards and in our cellars in Limoux.
The Guinot family's methods, which have always been the quality reference with regard to Blanquette and Cremant ( the first cremant de Limoux), was made in 1913, and still remains almost secret to this day. That is the reason why we prioritise
