This excellent medium-bodied Rhone Style red wine represents our "field blend" of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre, and Touriga Nacional from our Family Estate. After 60% whole-berry fermentation and aging in new French Oak, these wines were assembled and then re-barreled to encourage the integration of the boldness of our Cabernet Sauvignon, the jammy fruit flavors of Syrah, the complexity of Touriga Nacional and earth tones of Mourvedre to achieve this extraordinary offering. Enjoy with grilled red meats and robust sauces.
