Winemaker Sara Fowler describes this wine as "A blend of French Colombard, Chardonnay, and a dash of Merlot. Powerfully fragrant, playful and provocative. Peju Pink has a crisp peach and passion fruit palate with pleasant tropical notes and ends with a pleasing finish. It is the perfect wine for sipping, slightly chilled, when the weather warms up. It is low in alcohol and as refreshing as a summer breeze."
