Our typical Sauvignon blanc, all stainless fermented and aged, non ML wine to bring bright citrus flavors and a crisp finish. There is a ton of lemon oil and grapefruit on the nose, the mouth is clean and refreshing. Since this wine was just bottled in the beginning of Jan, I would recommend waiting to drink it on the first warm sunny day with oysters of the half shell
