This is the first Rose for Armida and we're extremely excited about it. This is a dry Rose made from Pinot Noir grapes in Russian River. We hand harvested the grapes early in the morning while they were still cold. They went directly into the press whole cluster. We let the juice sit on the skins in the press for only a couple of hours, just until we got the perfect color and flavors. Then the juice went through and slow cool fermentation all in a stainless steel tank to maintain the delicate aromas and beautiful color. The nose shows notes of fresh strawberry and rose petals. The mouth is smooth and crisp with tropical flavors. We hope you enjoy this special treat as much as we do!
