The fruit is carefully hand picked from the mere 3.7 acres it is grown from on our estate. The grapes are then meticulously hand sorted before going to press. All these factors contribute to the richness of the wine with complex aromatics of mint, exotic spice and earthy tones. The mid palate bursts with layers of black currant and licorice that fill the entire mouth. Multiple layers of fine, polished tannins mixed with cream and cocoa make the wine linger for minutes while maintaining a refreshing and well balanced finish.
