This dry rosé is a blend of Merlot & Cabernet Franc grapes after just a few hours of skin contact. The juice was fermented to dryness in stainless steel. This wine offers abundant strawberries and bright plum flavors with a smooth mouth-feel and a clean finish. This is a fabulous summer wine for both red wine and white wine lovers! Serve chilled with grilled salmon, BBQ ribs or a crisp green salad with gorgonzola cheese, walnuts and dried cherries.
