The 2004 Dijon Clones Pinot Noir is deep purple in color with aromas of black cherry, cola, damp earth and nutmeg. It continues with broad sweet tannins and flavors of cherry liqueur. The wine lingers with a long rich finish balanced by great acid and fruit definition. Bold enough to pair with roasted rosemary rack of lamb along with new spring red potatoes.
