Sourced from Bill Hill’s Napa Valley Home Ranch, this highly limited lot of Merlot was originally crafted for Bill’s close friends and family...after much persuasion a small amount of his private reserve has been released for online sales.
Our 2002 Merlot is luscious and full bodied with aromas and flavors of ripe raspberry, cherries and plum punctuated by an elegant ribbon of tobacco and spice box. The palate is bright and mouthwatering with well structured yet velvety tannins. Aged on 100% French oak, the finish of this wine lingers with toasty notes of caramel and vanilla.
There are only 19 cases of this extremely limited wine available...
