The grapes for our Reserve Cabernet come from Taplin 2 Ranch in St. Helena, Atchley Vineyards on Spring Mountain and from Howell Mountain. The wine is black ruby in color with aromas of rich currants, dark cherries and chocolate. Soft, rich and full on the palate with luscious flavors, the Primus finishes with hints of toasty vanilla and smooth velvety tannins and incredible length. With the 2003 Primus listed among the top 10 Napa Cabernets released for 2006 in Wine Spectator Magazine and selling out months ago, this new release is sure to disappear just as quickly. Upon release there will be no bottle allocation for this wine, something that is sure to change within days. This may be your only shot to grab a case of this Reserve Cabernet.
