A blend of 87 % Sauvignon Blanc, 11% Chardonnay and 2% Muscat. Honey suckle, orange blossom and white peaches waft from the glass with tropical notes of mango and passion fruit and hints of ruby grape fruit. On the palate the wine is crisp and has bright fresh exotic fruit flavors of nectarine and key lime. The body is full and slightly off dry with rich lingering layers of fruit and nuances of orange flower water with a touch of minerality. The White Maximus is a perfect picnic wine and refreshing on a hot day!
