Our 2003 Stags Leap Baldacci Estate is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon barrel aged for 20 months in French Oak, and then bottled aged for 14 months to allow the wine to become fully integrated. The lingering aromas of rose petals and bittersweet chocolate; flavors of currants, black plum, leather and licorice; and an extended finish with supple tannins and vanilla notes make this a wine that is delicious now but will cellar exceptionally well for at least 10 years.
