:Wine Type
The Mary Michelle Dry Rosé was crafted in the French rosé style with no residual sugar, and is an opulent, totally dry, European style wine made to go with food. In order to preserve its delicious fruitiness and refreshing qualities, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Several of the grapes used to make this enjoyable wine are descended from Pinot Noir. The bouquet of strawberries and roses, with a touch of spice, hints of this heritage. The Mary Michelle Dry Rosé is crisp on the palate, cutting through rich and oily foods to make it a perfect accompaniment to Illinois’ diverse cuisine.
Serve well-chilled at a barbeque with succulent ribs and salty chips. The Mary Michelle Rosé also complements the spiciness of Southeast Asian, East Indian, and Caribbean dishes. Greek cheeses and meat dishes, as well as sausages from Alsace to Sicily, are a perfect marriage with the Mary Michelle Rosé.
