This is a beautiful wine and vintage. A powerful yet graceful example of our Mount Veeder VGS winemaking style, this wine is intense. The nose is rich and focused with exuberant fruit and floral tones. In the mouth, the intensity of the wine is balanced by the well rounded, supple mountain tannins. Elegant and bold, this 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon VGS provides a nice harmony among the fresh red fruit and the nice subtle oak finish-a balance that makes this vintage distinctly VGS
