This aged spirit of apples [86%] pears [14%] sports a very fine and dynamic perfume compliments of our late, great bain marie potstill. The apples are a mixture of varieties from all over the country; some grown right here in Santa Cruz and others hailing from the high altitude orchards of Utah. The Williams pears are among the finest in the world, coming from White Salmon, WA, just above the Oregon border. The component brandies spent an average of 13 years in French oak barrels. Very conservative head and tail cuts insure a very clean and gentle spirit. Though certainly no rocket fuel, this spirit will likely take you wherever you wish to journey.
