"I wanted to create a well balanced Sauvignon Blanc that was really true to the varietal’s essence, yet also unmistakably Californian. When you pick up the glass you notice a bright silver lime color and wonderful citrus, fig and vanilla aromas. This wine is a perfect example of our signature reductive style of employing less oak to preserve the brightness and zest of his varietal. It’s the kind of wine you find yourself going back to, again and again, for another delicious and refreshing taste.”
