This wine comes from a steep hill very characteristic of the Savennières area, where the soil is much drier and the heat impressive in the summer. It is an assemblage of old and young vines. It shows zesty fruit in its youth, with aromas of lime blossom, citrus and a dominating note of minerality. On the palate, notes of white peaches, jasmine, ferns and citrus. It is fresh, elegant, vivacious.
