The 2005 Cabernet Franc is lush garnet in appearance with hues of bright ruby in the glass. Aromas of concentrated plum mingled with spice, red currant, vanilla and violet awaken the nose. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate with abundant layers of rich plum, blackberry pie, espresso bean and hints of anise, fresh herbs and white pepper that give way to a soft, luxurious finishing mouthfeel.
