SIGHT:Pale yellow straw colour with greenish reflections, small bubble and good vertical rim forming a crown.NOSE:Its fruitness shows up with clear pear and apple tones and neat floral hints.TASTE:Despite being a long aging cava, it feels fresh and light, while the Chardonnay variety is giving it a different and special palate.Totally exempt of expedition liquour.GASTRONOMY:For its structure it goes ideally well with red meats and stews
