With nuances of long aging and good rim.TASTE:A powerful and meaty attack in the mouth with hints of green pepper, glycerine touch at the end of the mouth leaving the palate with a good taste.WINE-MAKING PROCESS AND AGING:Aging in french oack barrels and then in american oack barrels.For its natural elaboration method,it has been subjtect to no filtration process.GASTRONOMY:Goes well with all types of cheese, cured sausages, meats and smoked fish.
