sun, cultivation and pruning system, limited manuring and irrigation. The best clusters are harvested by hand and remain to dry during six weeks before to be pressed. The fermentation takes a long time, from 10 to 15 days, depend on the year.
In this way It exalts the character and raise the stature of this selection of Bardolino, remarking the taste of the native grape. It is obtained a full red ruby coloured wine, with a strong consistence and a full taste to serve with courses that need an important red wine. It remains to refine in cellar for one year, partly in wood partly in steel, before the bottling.
