The Bardolino Chiaretto Classico DOC is produced from the same grapes used for the Bardolino Classico DOC, Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella.
The lively rose tone, that characterizes this wine, is obtained separating the must from the peels in the precise moment of absorption of taste and color. It follows a fermentation at controlled temperature to maintain the characteristic smells of grapes. A sinuous wine results, with yielded smell and soft, sapid, harmonic taste.
Summer wine par excellence, halfway between white and red wine, has his marked personality and it is delicious in every opportunity and with every course.
It couples well both with fish courses and meat courses, optimal with fresh pasta and risotto, or as appetizer; to be served cool with a 10-12° temperature.
