This wine comes from particularly good Chardonnay locations in Andrian and is made of fully ripened and healthy grapes. From older grape populations with lower output. The ripening process takes place in barrique barrels of ‘Allier’ – wood from the French Vosges mountains. One year of bottle ripening finishes the process and produces the highest quality. Typical this type of cultivation, however, is its purity in bouquet and character.
