This Sauvignon Blanc comes from a particular harvest in the ‘Gisshübel’ location of Andrian and was harvested after all the other grapes. It’s typical, very particular and almost pressing bouquet has a hint of apple, spices, sage, peppers and elderberry. Its strong potential and elegance makes this wine a rarity for gourmets and connoisseurs.
Suitable for asparagus and lobster, but also recommended as an aperitif!
