A wine obtained from “white wine vinification” of Sauvignon Blanc and Nebbiolo grapes.
It has a fine bouquet and dry taste. Matured in Allier barriques, its flavour is refined while resting for a long time in bottles, in cool and dark cellars. Excellent with first courses, white and red meats and fresh cheeses.
Grape varieties: 15% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) “white wine vinification”; 85% Sauvignon Blanc.
Colour: straw yellow.
Aroma: fine, fruity, vanilla, hints of mint.
Flavour: full-bodied and harmonious.
