Reserve Cava only produced in years of selected harvest. Secondary and tertiary aromas originate from the second fermentation and ageing on its lees predominate.
A complex nose with distinct hints of fruit, especially apple. Rich, mature palate with the fruit dominating. Good and elegant finish.
The matt green bottle allows for greater protection against the rays of light, permitting long storage without causing "Goût de Lumière" (excessive reduction due to the ultra-violet component of the light rays).
