Sirsell is a new wine from Capafons-Ossó family, made with young local grapes like Garnacha and Cariñena mixed with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Wine with a medium vintage maturated around 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
CATA: Red-deep colour wine, well covered. Bouquet with berries, undergrowth and anisette, developing to floral and mineral flavours. On the palate we find a well balanced wine, with fresh and velvety tannin, ending with fruits and spices.
