VESSANTS vintage, is a wine from the Montsant (Tarragona-Falset) region. Made with the Merlot, Garnatxa, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carinyena grape varieties. Its maceration takes a couple of weeks and is fermented at 30 degrees C. VESSANTS is matured for 10 months in barrels and a minimum of 6 months bottled. This well structured wine is an interesting blend of smoothness and complexity. Tasting Notes: Deep red color. Aroma of berries and green fruits, slightly smoky with a refreshing finish. On the palate there are clear signs of a velvety and delicate tannins, with a long and elegant development in the mouth. Wine and food: Perfect with meat dishes, such as stews and the traditional Mediterranean roasts, also ideal with smoked fish and goat’s milk cheese.
