Deep, musky purple-plum and peel aroma that's so rich
and
concentrated it's like a syrup. Not sticky at all though. In fact, a
lovely sense of levity to it. Very pure and intense plum flavor, with
an
intriguing green-olive note. Good acidity and fruit-peel extracts
complete the picture. Try with stir-fried pork in plum sauce.
