We have produced in 2000 a new type of wine with the grapes of the Hu-Boyau. The Hu-Boyau is the oldest parcel of our wineyard. Its name means in old French 'over the wood'. Actually, the Hu-Boyau is located over a wood growing over a steep slope to the Loire.
The wine is aged ni barrels during nine months.
