An extremely elegant dry Savennières whose originality comes from a geological spot where the complex variety of rocks produces a wine with lingering fragrance, extremely mineral, with aromas of smoked, roasted almonds, apricot, white flowers. This wine takes longer to fully express itself. While ageing, it develops voluptuous aromas of beeswax and honey
