Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre grapes. Handpicked and destalked before a traditional vinification. 20 % of this wine is aged in oak cask. The rest is aged in ciments vats and blended before bottling 12 months after harvest. This wine is characteristic of the Corbières area, notes of the “garrigue” (wild rosemary, thyme, lavender). Very fruity and pleasant wine. Easy to associate, or just to drink alone.
