Deep and intense colour with straw yellow glints. Harmonious and soft bouquet, you can guess concentration and maturity. Aromas of ripe fruits, apples, pears, pomegranate, acacia flower, slightly smoked in spite of its youth. On the palate, one discovers its structure, a nice frame, with flesh and body. It is nicely balanced with a good acidity that builds a firm structure and a sensation of dry, fat, ample and full wine. You can drink it now but this wine will reach its peak in 2 to 3 years. To drink with fish associated with crayfish, crab or lobster and with poultry or veal.
