A dry, spicy, medium bodied wine with floral aromas and a hint of melon. Long, cool fermentation in all stainless steel tanks helps to capture the wonderful spice and citrus of the Rhone varietal. Viognier is an excellent choice to serve with Chinese or Thai food. (Pronounced vee-oh-nyay).
