Our Pinot Noir exudes lovely aromas of freshly picked strawberries and red plums with intriguing brown and tea-leaf spice scents. Bright and juicy on the palate, with pronounced red-berry and pomegranate fruit flavors accented by cinnamon and clove spice tones, it is enriched on the finish by a subtle, smoky oak tone.
Its fruity, spicy flavors are enhanced by adding a little cinnamon and/or star anise to seafood, poultry, red meat and game dishes, especially those incorporating root vegetables, almonds and mushrooms.
