The Diamond Mountain District Cabernet is a blend of all of our Cabernet vineyards with a small amount of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petite Verdot. It is deep, dense, dark, and rich with loads of ripe cherry, blackberry and cassis. It has firm tannins and a long milk chocolate finish. Perfect with a thick New York Strip, a grilled rack of lamb or smoked baby back ribs.
