Dom Perignon did not ever say "Come brothers, hurry , I am drinking the stars!" He spent most of his life trying to get bubbles out of his wine. If you are researching champagne history i recommend the book Champagne by Don and Petie Kladstrup. Its the history of Champagne and champagne and very interesting.
