Zinfandels can be some amazing stuff. This wine just blew me away which is hard to do. Only 17 barrels were made which equals to almost 425 cases of wine. So a very limited production is accessible. Flavors of blackberry are dominate and a unique subtle hint of what I considered flower like flavor. Perhaps this was a minor amount of mint underlying this well balanced medium body wine.
